half full bucket dump
Here’s the deal: for every contract signed with half full, FIVE hours of consultation and facilitation time is added to the half full bucket. At the end of each calendar year, the bucket of hours is “dumped” and an announcement goes out on Valentine's Day with details about how to nominate an individual, cause, organization or business in need of assistance in overcoming obstacles and moving forward strategically.
And then, you got it! The winner receives the donated service hours!
