rebecca l. twitchell
President / CEO, half full, llc
Rebecca L. Twitchell hangs her hat in the birthplace of “Ol’ Blue Eyes” himself, is passionate about connecting people and complements any strategic plan with a touch of creativity. Twitchell aspires to live each day as optimistically and realistically as possible. This is no small feat for her as her own personal reality is part of the backbone of the story for half full, llc. Go ahead and shake her hand - and ask for the left one.
Twitchell began her career of “do good” ventures throughout the East Coast working in non-profit, community development and public policy. This changed slightly when she began working in the “do good for money” world of 3E Company in San Diego, CA. There, she ran the Marketing and Public Relations efforts for the multi-million dollar hazardous materials information management company. Not sexy enough for this young do gooder entrepreneur, Twitchell partnered with two good friends to form half full, llc – a “do more good for money” company inspired by having overcome some difficult obstacles in life.
Having recently taken over complete responsibility for half full, llc her commitment to the company has expanded to bringing forth the mission to assist all companies with becoming "full" companies. Go ahead, ask. You know you want to.

In addition, Larissa and her sister Krystyna Zuhoski founded their own jewelry business, KayZee Designs, in May 2009, which they continue to run together from Florida and New Jersey. Since joining the half full team in March 2010, Larissa has drawn from her diverse professional and personal experiences to bring an added touch of creativity to every project she tackles.

half full, llc facilitator go-to
Kraus, along with Twitchell and Bowman, was one of the original co-founders of half full, llc. Quite the spirited facilitator, Kraus can't stop telling those stories that relate so well to your business. While he has taken on the newly appointed role of Co-Founder, President and CEO of Source 44 (good name right? Wait ‘til you hear what they’re all about!), Kraus remains half full's main go-to facilitator and calls immediately when he sees the strobe light in the sky.

Bowman, the third original co-founder of half full, llc, has taken the product development, management and marketing world by storm. The creed of her company says it all … your products and services are the essence of your company, helping you develop them is the essence of mine.
Bowman is known for the detail and refinement that she puts into the research and process evaluation for any company. She is indeed your “go-to” for anything you need for your own products and / or services. Go ahead, look her up. It’s okay, sharing is caring. www-coessence.com
