“Helping teams and individuals overcome obstacles in the way of their perceived impossible …”

Moving you forward…

Motivated by several years of business know how and how "not" to, the half full story began when the original founders of the company were drawn together by a mutual desire to utilize an optimistic and common sense approach to help companies achieve goals perceived as impossible.  Through the half full experience, companies and individuals not only saw how easy it was to stay focused and achieve their strategic goals, but how to do so in a positive and thoughtful way.  By "Facilitating the How," half full's goal remains to help orchestrate the path for success for any individual, team or organization looking to move ahead.

Rebecca L. Twitchell, Founder of half full, llc, is passionate about connecting people and complements any strategic plan with a touch of creativity. Rebecca aspires to live each day as optimistically and realistically as possible. Her story is the backbone behind why half full exists. Go ahead and shake her hand, and ask for the left one.

After acquiring half full from her partners in 2009, Rebecca enhanced the mission of the company to strengthen its commitment to corporate social responsibility. She is known for her facilitation style, problem solving techniques and keen ability to adapt and plow through any issues that may affect any of her clients locally, throughout the U.S. and globally (Africa being a favorite).

Rebecca is also a Community Partner Faculty Member at the Providence College Feinstein Institute of Public Service and can be found belting out the latest tunes in her car in between client appointments.

leslie torres

Born and raised in Lawrence, MA, Leslie Torres is a compassionate, people-driven, student of the world who is most energized by helping others achieve their goals and overcome their obstacles.

It wasn’t until Leslie started off her college career at Providence College in 2015 that she realized her love for the school, the city of Providence, and the beautiful diversity among the people here. She wanted to know the community that she would be living in for at least the next four years a bit better. In the summer before her sophomore year, she had the wonderful opportunity to work one-on-one with community members, leaders, and youth in her role as a community outreach liaison.

Leslie is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management as she strives to find ways to unite community and business.

Leslie helps to organize and facilitate half full's Youth Forwards. For her, these breakthrough conversations and experiences are things that only reinforce her life’s goals and half full’s mission. Leslie eagerly awaits the next Youth Forwards for many more years to come and is excited for the future of half full and all that it has to offer youth and adults alike.
