Schedule your pre-forward consult with Danielle. She will fill you in on the cadence of the event and you can ask any and all questions you may have.


Step 3

Complete your values activity. Get the juices flowing and start creating clarity by identifying your top 3-5 values. Which words resonate with you? Which ones can you not live without? Getting clear on values will help inform and shape your next steps and get you in the right mindset for the weekend.

3:00 PM - check in to hotel
5:00 PM - welcome reception in Chamberlain House Room 513
6:00 PM - dinner in Pumpkin Room in the main building
7:00 PM - start of program in Ballroom in the main building

Saturday, February 22
7:00 AM - optional “walk and talk” with Rebecca (bundle up and meet in the lobby of Tillyer House)
8:30 AM - workshops begin in Ballroom in the main building
9:00 AM - appointments start for hair/makeup/shoot in Chamberlain House Room 513
12:00 PM - lunch in Pumpkin Room in the main building
1:00 PM - return to Ballroom and continue workshops and hair/makeup/shoot schedule in Chamberlain House Room513
5:00 PM - end of workshops - rest and refresh
7:00 PM - dinner in Pumpkin Room in the main building (cocktail dress, gown, whatever makes you feel amazing!)

Sunday, February 23
7:00 AM - optional “walk and talk” with Rebecca (bundle up and meet in the lobby of Tillyer House)
9:00 AM - workshops begin in Ballroom in the main building
10:00 AM - brunch in Pumpkin Room in the main building

Friday

  • When you arrive, please pull up to the main entrance.

  • Leave your bags in the car while you go inside to check in and get your key.

  • From there you will drive to Tillyer House (it is the building next door)

  • Get settled in your room, take a nap, take a walk. Whatever you want to do. This is YOUR time!

  • The welcome reception will be in Room 513 of the Chamberlain House. This is the building to left from where you checked in. Enjoy a glass of wine or sparkling water and some light snacks.

  • Dinner is at 6:00 in the Pumpkin Room on the first floor of the main building. A Publick House staff member will be happy to direct you if you need help finding it.

Hair and makeup appointments will begin at 9:00 in Room 513. We have two stylists , Rachel and Jenny, so there will be two people getting ready at the same time. Once you are camera ready, Tyna will take your photo! When you are done, change back into your clothes for the day and join us in the Ballroom.

We will meet in the Ballroom at 9:00, enjoy brunch in the Pumpkin Room at 10:00 and have you on your way, development plan in hand, by 1:00!
