When your team building activity includes a Corporate Service Day, everyone wins and it’s one way you can ensure corporate social responsibility in your business. These small group or company-wide volunteer days provide an amazing opportunity for businesses to give back and to lend their time and talents to helping important causes in our communities as well as engage their team.

how we do it
We begin by understanding the experience you want to create for your team — from what you want them to feel to the impact you want to have in your community to the follow-up you want to enact after. With your vision clear, we can either pair you with our nonprofit partners (and bring causes to your attention you may not have previously considered!) or work directly on your behalf with the nonprofit of your choosing.
From there, we work side by side with you to facilitate an intentional, thoughtful and productive day (for everyone included!), with us taking the reigns to:
Organize everything so that you can focus on giving back and learning more about the cause you are serving
Provide a space for reflection for your team to discuss the impact of your service
Create service-learning opportunities for your team to learn about community
Not only do you get to focus on giving back to your community, but through our Corporate Services Days you can demonstrate firsthand to your team the importance of leaning into values-based leadership opportunities.
