2025 Executive Forward
Testing Your Inner and Outer Strength as a Leader
2025, in many ways, has become characterized as a year of reinvention — with executive leaders forced to navigate seismic change, macro pressures, and prevailing uncertainty. A year in which intentional leaders will proactively turn inward and outward to cultivate the strength, tools, and frameworks needed to thrive in a modern workplace.
In honor of half full, llc’s, 20th anniversary, you’re invited to join us where this retreat all began… in Aspen, Colorado, for a transformative 3-day Executive Forward (our version of a retreat!), designed to amplify your leadership through the power of strengths. Via immersive experiences — like rock climbing with Aron Ralston and dining in the dark with Mark Valenziano— to strengthen your communication, confidence, and trust in yourself and others.
Through active exercises, guided reflection, and adventurous activities, you won’t just reset… you’ll learn exactly how to move forward to drive even greater impact.

Aron Ralston
Aron Ralston's extraordinary story of survival after an 800-pound boulder trapped him in a remote Utah canyon captured global headlines in 2003. In his New York Times best seller, Between a Rock and a Hard Place, the Oscar-nominated film, 127 Hours, and on stage, Ralston takes audiences vicariously through those six days without water, means of communication, or hope of escape, to the ecstatic moments when he freed himself by severing his own arm.
Mark Valenziano
At fifteen, Mark was told he was going blind, but he developed the resilience to overcome this challenge and build a successful life. After a long career as a corporate executive and entrepreneur, his world shifted when he lost three family members in just four months. He sold his companies to pursue his passion for inspiring others. Through experiential events and keynotes, Mark helps people step out of their comfort zones and shift their perspectives on life.
