We knew it was going to be a good day when you all found the place!
Team Building Challenge # 1 Complete!
The fun didn’t stop there!
We kicked off the day by getting to know you all a little better. What better way than by learning about your nicknames growing up? We see you, Sweet Pea!
Next was celebrations. And there was no shortage of things to celebrate! We loved hearing about all the amazing things happening at the office and at home.
Then we dove a little deeper, learning about each other’s Strengths and how they show up at work. Can all the Woos raise their hands? (Paul, we are looking at you . . .)
It didn’t take long to realize what a great group you all are. A lot of love in this room!
after a delicious lunch, things started getting competitive. we played music bingo to warm you up for your surprise activity . . . more on that later
chopsticks, m & m’s, Solo cups, oh my!
and Then . . . the dancing!
It was fun to watch the looks of abject terror gradually soften and then be completely replaced with joy and laughter.
We asked you to trust us and you did!
