Last week, half full, llc, Founder & President Rebecca Twitchell was honored — along with more than 20 of Rhode Island’s executives and changemakers — as a 2026 Providence Business News Leaders & Achievers awardee.

The 8th annual Leaders & Achievers Awards, which celebrated awardees on August 20 at the Aldrich Mansion in Cranston, commemorated Rhode Island leaders whose influence, innovation, and impact have shaped their industries while strengthening the Ocean State region. 

“It was such an honor to be recognized among this incredible list of Rhode Island trailblazers,” says Twitchell. “At half full, llc, one of our core values is, ‘It’s about we.’ We believe meaningful progress happens together. Through partnership, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping one another succeed, we create the conditions for people, teams, and organizations to reach their next breakthrough.

As we looked through this year's list of honorees, what stood out most to us was the collective commitment among those named to making Rhode Island a better place to live, work, and lead. We're honored to be recognized alongside so many individuals and organizations who are building stronger workplace cultures, investing in their communities, and creating a ripple effect of positive change.”

This year, half full, llc, has continued to spark that ripple effect, with specific highlights including:

  • Expanding the reach of its Lead Forward Manager program, a global-first program designed to combat the largely reported on manager burnout and disengagement crisis  

  • Inviting executives to dive into and unlock strategies for navigating today’s heightened workplace complexity, including at half full, llc’s, upcoming Aspen Forward® 

  • Giving back in donation to over $30,000 to nonprofits through half full, llc, programs, Youth Forwards, and in-kind services

  • Emerging as the facilitation partner for the Rhode Island Teen Institute program, supporting dozens of high school students over a four-night, five day personal and leadership development journey

  • Being featured as a guest speaker across innovation, impact, and social activation events throughout Rhode Island and the nation 

When asked by PBN about her WHY, Twitchell shared, “My life’s work centers on helping people overcome what once felt impossible — work deeply rooted in my lived experiences. I hope my career reminds others that when we lead with vulnerability, see the cup as half full, and hold future hope, the impossible becomes not just possible but extraordinary.”
