A graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University, Twitchell co-founded half full, llc in 2005 — a unique “do well, do good” workplace development business that delivers customized team building, leadership training, professional development, and workplace culture experiences for organizations ready to grow with purpose.

Wole Akinbi, Community Liaison

Adewole aka “Wole,” is Providence native who has spent his entire life in the city. He has a deep passion for youth development, workforce development training and community building. Wole has spent 20 years of his life working in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors in the state of RI.

Wole also represents half full, llc as the primary contact and moderator for the Smith Hill Partners’ Initiative (SHPI). SHPI is a collaboration of stakeholders in the Smith Hill neighborhood of Providence, where the office is located.

Diane is a wife, momma, and mammie first. Professionally, she brings two decades of global leadership experience working for Fortune 100 companies. Diane holds a B.S. in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, Certified in Maxwell Method of Leadership coaching, DISC Human Behavior, and Six Sigma Green Belt. She is also a contributing author in two books: Shining a Light on Grief and Wall Street Best Seller, Born to Rise. She actively serves the community in various committees and Boards supporting youth and economic development.
